Iceland - Why you should visit

​There are many things to do in Iceland, such as visiting volcanos, enjoying the hot springs, and has the northern lights which is one of the coolest things in the northern hemisphere. Hiking and whale watching/puffin watching are also things to do in Iceland as well as viewing all the amazing scenery and nature that Iceland has to offer. You can also do things like ice climbing, flyfishing, a coastal voyage, and super-jeep riding. Iceland has some of the most breathtaking scenery in the world as it has beautiful mountains and waterfalls. There are many different places to stay and things to do in Iceland, as it is one of the best places to travel to in the world. Iceland also has water rafting at the falls, which is a cool experience that you can do in Iceland. There are also many festivals you can attend as they are in April, May, and June. From cool glaciers to naturally heated hot springs, Iceland has something for everyone. Iceland is the perfect place to travel as it has beautiful landscapes and awe-inspiring nature.

​​Iceland has a national park and geysers to go check out as part of its incredible landscape. Iceland is a country in Europe that is an island on the Atlantic Ocean. June is the ideal time to visit Iceland as it gets close to 50 degrees Fahrenheit and there is only about three hours of night in June as you will be able to experience the famous midnight sun for many days in June. The best time to go to Iceland would be between May and September as those are the months with the most comfortable temperatures. There is a real benefit to visit Iceland during June as you get 21 hours of daylight, which means more time during the day to explore the country.

​The average elevation in Iceland is 1640 feet above sea level as that is good. The total surface of Iceland is 103,00km2 and 1339km of that is coastal road. There are currently 360000 people inhabited the island of Iceland. It is mostly cold in Iceland because of where it is located but it is not too cold in the summer, which is the best time to go. The warm summer days in Iceland can get as hot as 77 degrees Fahrenheit and the coldest days are at 14 degrees Fahrenheit, making an ideal summer vacation location. There are plenty of mountains and active volcanoes in Iceland as there are natural hot springs and hiking trails for these big mountains.
