Once you begin traveling you never want to stop, and it is that insatiable desire to see the world that makes me so passionate about helping other people do the same. While I certainly have a passion for active travel, I am just has happy putting together itineraries focused on leisure and relaxation. These fervors made me found my own travel business over 21 years ago.
Since 1994, I improved myself further to become a Certified Travel Consultant (CTC) – the highest professional status obtainable in the modern travel industry. On top of that, I am amongst other things an accredited Cruise Counselor (ACC), New Zealand Specialist and Premier Aussie Specialist – in fact, I have visited Australia more than 20 times – and I have been chosen by Tourism Australia as one of the top 75 agents in North America. Over trips to New Zealand and the South Pacific I have fallen in love with both the culture and the people, but my favorite place in the world is Africa. The best trip I have ever taken was to Tanzania, where I climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro and went on safari, and I now specialize in the area (as well as South Africa and Kenya) so I can help others have the same life-changing experience that I did. In this context, I also became an Africa Destination Specialist.
I believe that the key to client satisfaction is listening. I pay attention to my clients' likes and dislikes and aim to not just meet but to exceed their expectation.
