Alaska - Why You Should Visit

​Picking the right time to visit Alaska is an important part when trying to take in all that Alaska has to enjoy.  Alaska's weather and daylight varies drastically by region and season.  In the summer you can enjoy short-sleeves and daytime temperatures of 55° - 70° F but feel warmer due to the long hours of direct sunlight.  It is good to know that as summer progresses the weather gets rainier, from 7 rainy days in May in Southcentral to 17 rainy days in the Inside Passage.  Alaska’s winter is roughly October through March, with ranging temperatures of -2° - 31° F and likely beautiful snowfall on your trip.
